The property over the road

Please locate the church tower and the yellow two-story house to the right with red tile roof. The 'Medieval' wall to the left of the house is the dividing line between lands we already own above and in front down to the street, Rua do Poca. The green stepped land to the left we have a 'Permuta' on where land is exchanged for property when completed. The land directly in the for front of the photo with the white-blue outline is the only house on the property which has been offered to us.

The old castle wall is top right and the road in front. The land on offer is over this road wall and over the wall in the front of the photo ..Here is a better picture of the blue house garden

Here the land shown recently ploughed is included but this land floods slightly in January after the ploughed part it rises steeply and all of this valley is included

To the right hand side you can see 10 apartments being built in the village so there's not only us realises the potential of the village of Alcantarilha

and of course the sea is not far away...........

On the point of the flood land; This land cannot be built on and is practically useless but having lived here for a while and visited many times, I know how much it floods. For eleven months its grazing land. My thoughts here are to make a golf practice or putting green exclusively for our home owners. After a month of flooding, its in service again.
