Golf is the world’s fastest growing sport, with more and more people taking up this wonderful pastime, and the beneficiaries of all this is the golf clubs and all the related income streams involved with running a successful golf business.

Also within our ‘Team’ we have individuals who all have vast experience or qualifications in the following sectors, Portugal’s residential and commercial property, property development, retail businesses (pub/restaurant redevelopments), legalities, project management, golf society committee members, catering, management, accounts, facilities management and other relevant experience which can be utilized in the running of the ‘My Algarve Golfland’ syndicate.

Syndicate membership fees are set at a competitive and affordable price and offers four payment options giving all types of investor an opportunity to get involved in this very exciting concept!

The plan for this new project is to attract 101 shareholders to join this exciting exclusive property investment syndicate, in which each person pays a one off membership fee either in full or installments via our easy payment options.

Each member will be issued with company shareholders and loan agreements, and certificate allocating their shares.

Payment Options;

The ‘My Algarve Golfland’ investment/membership fee is €300,000 if paid using the easy payment option over 12 months. This figure includes a luxury villa and all benefits.

However if payment is made in full, or by using our unsecured finance option, you will receive a discount of 10% reducing the membership to just €270,000!

Option 1 – 1 x initial payment of €270,000 with no more to pay.

Option 2 – 12 x monthly payments of €25,000 (€300,000).

Option 3 – Finance of €300,000 with a maximum of 60 monthly payments, subject to status.

Finance repayments are dependent on time period chosen, which can be reduced significantly when secured against UK property.

Option 4 - €60,000 deposit and an 80% Mortgage by the bank on either property in homeland or property on site.

The Plan

� The CRC Group and Assoc strategy is to commence the building next month, the land is ready now and owned by Partners and planning has been cleared for many properties and the golf course on adjacent land.

To accompany these properties, an area has been set aside of over 50 hectares of land to accommodate a further 101 superior log homes.

The initial plan is to hold the investment for 5 years and then either sell as a going concern with all proceeds divided equally between the shareholders, or at the 5-year point release some of the equity to the shareholders.

This will be a collective decision made by all the shareholders

� The golf club will have many other forms of income streams aside from memberships and green fees, such as driving range, golf shop and all other leisure activities including bar, restaurant, function room, car/shoe cleaning service, farm shop, outside ‘Al Fresco’

function area, golf professional lessons, personal club fitting service, vending machines, gaming machines, wedding license, golf academy, gymnasium, accommodation etc

Membership will be limited to a maximum of 101, and will be allocated on a 'first come first served' basis. You can reserve a guaranteed place by contacting the office at CRC Group Lda and request a deposit form. This does not commit you in any way to invest, but will allow you to receive information on our syndicates. You will then be sent an electronic membership pack by e-mail or alternatively in the post, which will contain the shareholders and loan agreements, share certificate and details of how to join as well as information on the ‘My Algarve Golfland Club’ syndicate.

Once you are happy to proceed in joining the Club, you will be sent out a hard copy of the agreement for ‘My Algarve Golfland’, which will allow you a 14-day 'cooling off' period in which you will receive a full refund less credit card transaction costs, if you decide you do not wish to proceed with the investment.

You will have to sign a sophisticated investor declaration, which will not tie you into any investment. You are also reminded that this is not a public offer for shares, and is by invitation only.
