Illustrated here with 3" x 3" x 2.5" blocks of wood, we let our designer minds run free, more than once the thought of Rubik's cube, crossed our minds !! but finding the answers and solving our puzzle home became clearer as we progressed.
The BoxyB was designed for outside living with spacious 'glassed in' areas for those days when you want to be inside yet still get the benefits of being outside. Each BoxyB comes with a standard deck of 144 square metres or larger on request. The decks are totally maintenance free and can be any shape, most colours and any size within reason. Each deck will be fenced in, giving owners a private backyard playground where they can enjoy their pool (fitted as standard) and the glorious Portuguese sunshine.

The BoxyB-6 is the top of the range being 12 metres long and 3 metres wide over two floors with a massive 6 x 3 metre conservatory on the top floor, all roofs slide open and all glass is tinted and toughened. Alternative awning systems are also fitted allowing owners to draw back the entire roof. Wrap around balconies can be added if desired. All top models have a Jacuzzi fitted as standard.

In this BoxyB-6 configuration we show and single story unit with three Atriums, one Atrium roof will slide open. Decks are recommended to be larger as the BoxyB-6 covers most of the 144 sq metre deck. In order to maintain a totally leak proof unit, only the best roofing materials are used. A two coat system that never fails.

The BoxyB-5 is the smaller brother of BB-6 and this configuration below a complete cube has been formed with upstairs bedroom/ensuite and attached Sunlounge. Downstairs kitchen, cloak room, Atrium/lounge area with deck pool and Pergola. All BB`s come complete with pools and pergolas fitted as standard. No wood is used as we`d sooner spare the tree.

The BoxyB-4 is one of our most ingenious designs giving as many as five glassed in areas which eliminates the need for traditional windows in the walls making this one of our most secure models, the roof lets the light in.
All door locks fitted are digital or fingerprint operated on all models.
In all cases there is at least one retractable Atrium roof. Sliding roofs come in all shapes and sizes so we have based ours on the exciting sliding roof lantern. Clients have a choice of colours and designs in the frame work, polycarbonate and stained glass. Unless we use Everlite of course! But in all cases every roof will have a solar fan and if it gets to warm you can always turn on the Coolmist Umbrella or you just might want the shades down

The BoxyB-3 is our top seller, the model D70 below has a central Atrium from which you can step right into your pool. We have selected the fabulous Australian Freedom Pools to adorn our properties, the San Remo being the standard fit. All garden Atriums are fitted with folding sliding doors to open the whole frontage bringing your pool into your home. Other units which require pool or Atrium access will be installed with glass curtains thereby allowing most rooms direct access to Atriums and outside areas
The pool is heated throughout the year by solar power and the same free heat is pumped around your home thro` the skirting board systems in each room. The solar system not only creates hot water it stores it as well ensuring we have a warm home in winter, plenty of hot water for bathing and always a warm pool when required. and that waste shower water, well, that's coming back thro the system in our grey water recycler to flush your loo and eventually water the gardens. In order to give the best and most economical hot water system, we combined its supply with that of electricity and cover the rooftop with Photovoltaic Thermal panels These are a little bit different from normal panels as our one panel produces hot water AND electricity.

Its the simplest of our units but still spacious and light and comprises of two BoxyB units. One unit will serve as the bedroom and the other will accommodate the kitchen/bathroom. The space created by the angular arrangement of the units is a sun lounge whilst the front of the unit is graced with a pergola covering the pool surround by artificial grass.
The subject of waste is covered in three topics, kitchen waste, general waste and sewage.
Kitchen King are our favoured provider with ample sized sliding containers to hold bottles and cans. With Cancrusher at work in your kitchen, we`ll collect your waste aluminium crushed cans every week, it`ll help pay for the Christmas party when we weigh it in. A waste disposal unit is sink fitted on your double drainer kitchen sink and a wheelie bin with shoot access is fitted outside.
In most cases sewage is direct to the mains, but in difficult areas there`s always the Drainstore available.
Lighting will be low voltage LED in all cases from street lights to bedside lighting and electricity provided by photovoltaic electricity in some cases set into the glass of windows.
Both internal and external wall finishing's will be commensurate with overall quality and will be supplied by Totalstone giving bathrooms, hallways, lounges and outside walls a genuine stone appearance. Linings, architraves, cills, bargeboards and soffits have not been forgotten and all will be supplied by FreeFoam Plastics
Water is a precious commodity in most places so we have introduced the water cooler/boiler to ensure both hot and cold water are always on tap. We even thought about the mains water tap as well. No more wastage from burst pipes with Surestop
The insulation installed in roofs, floors and walls gave us great concern, so we simply chose the best in Marmox ensuring a maintenance free long lasting wall panel held firmly in place in a well made steel frame
Rules and regulations have been in force for many years when providing/installing glass, ensuring accidents don`t happen. To date nothing stops you walking into to solid glass panel you didn`t see, so we will have glass you can see with Window Alert
We spend a lot of time in the bathroom so lets make that enjoyable and have distinctive bathroom panels and fantastic showers and saunas.
We even gave your entertainment some thought as well so we installed the biggest home cinema we could and find fitted it up in your garden but with private listening features to keep the neighbours happy.............. and internal speakers, well, they are just out of this world with Rockustics
Your internal floors must have the 'wow' factor and not just be ordinary inexpensive laminates, so we chose a range of tiles we think you`ll approve of here
Cooling a place down in hot weather can be costly and unhealthy with most air con units merely recycling existing air. W don`t do that we use Breezair ducted around your home, including the Atriums.
Cleaning your home is easy, we installed a central vacuum system that covers the whole house.

This 20 metre unit comes equipped with cinema lounge bathrooms/kitchen/bedrooms and sleeps 10 quite comfortably in our space saving beds. All mirrors are fitted with Demista`s throughout our entire range of BoxyB`s so no more steamed up mirrors at bath time.
Much of the BoxyB shell is tinted glass with folding sliding doors both ends. A marine engine solar powered and diesel hybrid will take you where you want to go. Mainly designed for quiet waters, rivers and lakes. it will cruise all day for free or park up in the marina, your choice......
